This is website of Pavel Perina, furniture designer. My philosophy is to make art that also serves a purpose as furniture. I preferably design with solid timbers and organic shapes and trying to combine styles from my European background with contemporary Australian influences.I have designed this site in the belief that in a world which is increasingly being driven by large multinational companies with thousands of shareholders, the personal touch between the customer and the maker is disappearing. I feel that the only chance that small businesses and artists like myself have in the tough commercial world is to market ourselves as individuals.
