The Design Trust operates under the banner of DesignNation to promote the excellence of British design internationally and to provide business support to designers wishing to set up in business. The Design Trust, a registered charity established in 1994, has enabled many hundreds of designers to establish successful businesses. Peta Levi, MBE is the director of both The Design Trust and DesignNation, and pioneered New Designers, the annual exhibition that provides a platform for art and design graduates to launch into the commercial world. The focus of The Design Trust is to seek out the best designers working in the UK to become members of DesignNation and to promote their work and services nationally and internationally.
